Refund Policy
Refunds & Returns
• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, as products are sourced and prepared specifically against confirmed orders.
• Vedara does not accept returns or provide refunds for changes in preference, design, or requirements after order confirmation.
Payment Terms
• 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order booking to initiate procurement and production.
• The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before dispatch of goods.
• Orders will be dispatched only after full and final payment is received.
Cancellations
• Order cancellations are not permitted once the advance payment is received, as procurement and allocation of inventory begins immediately.
• In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved at Vedara’s discretion, the advance amount will be non-refundable.
Bulk & Corporate Gifting Clause
• All corporate gifting orders are executed in bulk quantities and may involve customization, branding, or special packaging.
• Minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to availability or production constraints and will not be considered a defect.
• Vedara reserves the right to substitute products of equal or higher value if a selected item becomes unavailable, with prior client intimation.
Damages & Transit Issues
• Goods must be checked at the time of delivery.
• Any manufacturing defects or transit-related damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
• Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
